Q: Is DogsofAllBorughs insured and bonded?  

A: Yes. We are fully insured and bonded.

Q: Do we do background checks on all of our staff members? 

A: Yes. 

​

Q: Will we update you on the walk?

A: Yes, we send a report with a few photos on what we did on our walk, where we went, if you dog did its bussiness. You can check out our instgram storys and posts to see more adventures on your pups walk!

Q: Do we do a Meet and Greet before we get you started? 

A: Yes. 

​

Q: Do we handle with very young puppies? 

A: Yes, we have handled puppies from 4 months and up. Half of our dog pack members were with us from their young puppy ages. 

​

Q: Do we do solo walks or pack walks? 

A:   We do both. We offer solo walks for those dogs that prefer their own space and pack walks for dogs that enjoy socializing with other dogs. We let you decide which service you feel fits best for you pup. That’s why we prioritize open and transparent communication to make sure you understand exactly what happens on each walk. We are dedicated to making sure all of our clients, both human and furry, are satisfied with the service we deliver.

Q: Do we have dogs of our own?

A: Yes, we have a 3 year old long haired  dachshundand a 9 year old American Eskimo.

Q: How many dogs do we walk at a time? 

A: Maximum is 3 dogs per Handler

​

Q: How many dogs do we pet sit at a time?

A: Our services are only available for the pets that live in that household. We are very respectful to each pet in their household.

Q: How many dogs do we board at a time? 

A: As of right now we are currently only boarding dogs that are less that 25 lbs due to limited spacing, but don't worry we will be back to boarding dogs soon!  We only board 1 - 2 dogs, but we always make sure who we board matched with one another. Remember if your on vacation, we want you pup to be on vacation too!

Q: Are we able to accommodate random last minute requests? 

A: Yes, but we cannot guarantee you that the walk will be completed at the time that was requested. We ask you to please be mindful of our standard operating schedules. We strongly encourage you to schedule walks at least 24 hours beforehand to ensure we can operate smoothly for you and your pet!

Q: Do we use dog parks? 

A: NO. We have a very strict No Dog Park policy. It is to much of a liability. The only time we do take our dogs to dog parks if its completely empty.

Q: Do we offer private walks? 

A: Yes. Our private walks are designed for dogs that need a little extra TLC. Whether your dog gets nervous around other dogs or just loves the attention, we're here to cater to their unique needs. Your pup will get all the love, attention, and exercise they need. We make sure they have a fun and engaging experience that fits their pace and preferences. Our dog walkers are experienced handlers who know how to create a safe and comfortable environment for your pup.

Q: What is our cancelation policy? 

A: We require 24 hour notice for a free cancelation. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour notice then you will get charged for the walk.
